The Acadia San Jose Behavioral Health project consisted of a 30,600 square foot building addition and associated remodel for approximately 92 additional beds and other facilities at the 6.92-acre site in the City of San Jose. HMH aided in the rezoning efforts from A(PD) to CIC (PD) as well as concurrent processing of First Phase PD Permit which includes a 59 bed, 16,052 square foot building addition, a relocated fire access drive, and a porte-cochere.
