HMH’s involvement included the acquirement of a special use permit and construction documents for demolition of an existing 160,000 square foot building and site improvements of an industrial site for a 5-story office and twin 4-story data center buildings totaling approximately 312,000 square feet. Construction documents for improvements within the fronting public streets, including new sidewalk, and utility laterals. The project is currently under construction, with completion scheduled for 2022. Currently providing construction surveying services to the contractor.
