Campbell Retail

HMH worked with Imwalle Properties on the renovation of the old Odd Fellows hall located at 276 E. Campbell Ave. The renovation and expansion took the existing 5,400-square-foot building and changed it into 10,400 square feet of prime retail space. The project was an infill challenge with tight conforms on all four sides but the results make for a vibrant and active retail space. Currently three tenants occupy the space; Opa, a local Greek chain; Mo’s a breakfast restaurant, and Williard Hick’s, an elevated steakhouse. One exceptional amenity for the project is the outdoor dining plaza along Campbell Avenue. This festoon lit area brings life to the corner and serves as a great destination spot in the center of downtown.
