Castellina

Castellina is a large-scale, master-planned community in Madera, CA, designed with a comprehensive block and subdivision framework to support phased residential growth and integrated community amenities. The plan encompasses 30 development blocks totaling approximately 3,072 residential units, along with dedicated areas for a school site, community center, and multi-use commercial space. HMH’s work includes master planning, subdivision design, roadway layout, and utility and infrastructure coordination to support an efficient, connected, and buildable project. The overall framework is structured to accommodate phased implementation while maintaining cohesive community form and long-term functionality.
