Vantage CA2

Vantage CA2 is located on a nine-acre flagship campus with Class-A amenities, including workspace, conference/collaboration areas, and other office facilities. This project consisted of obtaining Land use (Project Clearance Committee) approvals and construction documents for site improvements for development of this brownfield site to construct three four-story buildings encompassing a total building square footage of 541,000 square feet. Site improvements for an electrical substation were designed with the first building phase. Construction documents for improvements within the fronting public street right of way, including new sidewalk, water, storm and sewer laterals, and a new 12-inch water main. Mapping to merge the existing three lots to one and provide the opportunity to convert to condominium purposes. Construction of Building CA21 is complete, with the CA22 and CA23 improvements currently under construction.
