Western Digital at Hitachi Campus in Cottle Transit Village

For the past 15 years Ruth and Going has been the Project Civil Engineer on the Consultant Team for numerous projects in the redevelopment of this former 323-acre IBM industrial campus into a mixed-use development of industrial, residential and commercial uses off Great Oaks Boulevard in South San Jose. Most recently, Ruth and Going was responsible for design of the site improvements for the first phase of Western Digital’s plan to update and rebuild the Great Oaks Campus. This project constructed a new 130,000 square foot 4-story Administration Building, a 100,000 square foot 2-story Engineering Building and associated campus improvements on a 9.5-acre portion of the Campus.
