HMH is proud to support the Everglen Residential Development, a thoughtfully planned neighborhood located in the growing city of Hollister, CA. This residential project includes a mix of single-family lots designed to meet the needs of the local housing market while maintaining community character and efficient infrastructure.  Working closely with the City of Hollister and our client, HMH provided full civil engineering services, including site layout, grading and drainage, utility design, and offsite improvements. Our team also supported entitlement efforts, preparing submittals and plot plans for city approval and assisting with coordination between city departments. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and community-driven planning, HMH’s involvement in Everglen highlights our continued commitment to delivering practical, high-impact engineering solutions for our clients and communities.
