Oakland Educational Complex (La Escuelita Education Center)

The Oakland Unified School District’s Downtown Oakland Educational Complex is a new 8-acre facility that was built in phases and replaced an existing preschool, elementary school, high school and child development center. In addition, the complex includes a multipurpose great room, a small TV studio and a health clinic. The project was designed according to the Collaborative for High Performance Schools Standard (CHPS).
