Skybox at Memorex Drive

This project consisted of obtaining land use (Project Clearance Committee) approvals and construction documents for demolition of existing buildings and site improvements for construction of a new 475,000 square foot 4-story data center and office building. Construction documents for improvements within the fronting public streets, including new sidewalk, water, storm and sewer laterals, water main replacement, and SVP joint trench. The project also includes an electrical substation on the site. The project has received entitlement approval, construction documents are nearly ready for submittal to the City, with construction scheduled for second quarter 2021. HMH will provide construction staking to the contractor.
