Pheasant Run

The Pheasant Run project is a planned residential expansion integrated within the existing Pheasant Run golf community in Chowchilla, California. The project identifies 11 development areas, each designated for a specific residential product type, including single-family homes, and clustered residences. The project combines infill development with modifications to existing golf course features, ensuring that the new lots are thoughtfully incorporated into the established community layout.  In total, the plan introduces a mix of single-family lots, with individual area totals ranging from single lots to clusters of up to nine homes. Lot sizes vary across the site, supporting a diverse range of home types that complement the existing neighborhood fabric. The Overall Site Plan provides a comprehensive view of how each development area interconnects within the broader Pheasant Run community.
