1624 Army Court

HMH prepared the public and onsite improvement plans for the redevelopment of 1624 Army Court in Stockton, delivering a comprehensive civil engineering package that supports both public frontage upgrades and private-site functionality. Public improvements include new curb, gutter, sidewalk, and ADA-compliant pedestrian routes, along with roadway conform paving, striping, and traffic-control staging within the city right-of-way. Utility upgrades include new and reconstructed storm drain and sanitary sewer laterals, water service connections, and coordination with existing city infrastructure to ensure full compliance with Stockton’s standards. Onsite improvements include detailed grading and drainage design to manage surface flows and maintain positive drainage to new inlets, as well as truck circulation design for cold-storage and warehouse operations. The plans define access drives, loading areas, and onsite utility routes, and incorporate code-compliant accessibility paths, pavement sections, erosion control measures, and construction details needed for permitting and inspection. Together, the public and onsite plans create a buildable, coordinated framework that supports safe access, efficient site operations, and long-term infrastructure performance.
