Stephan has over 25 years of extensive experience as the lead engineer and project manager for large master-planned residential communities, retail centers, industrial and institutional developments throughout the Bay Area. His detail-oriented approach provides practical solutions for project design from concept to construction. Stephan currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Land Development Principal for the Central Valley office at HMH and is responsible for engineering design, client and governmental agency coordination, quality control, scheduling, and budgeting.
