Campus town is a 241 unit multi-family residential project located in Seaside, California. This community is comprised of single family homes, detached townhomes and a mix of amenities for residents and the community. Sports courts, a playground, fitness equipment, and open green space are among a few of the amenities proposed. Additionally, this development focuses on low water use coastal planting and is completely irrigated with recycled water to help its sustainability efforts.
