Joey is a newly appointed Principal and the civil engineering manager/project lead for our Central Valley office location and has over a decade of experience in designing a variety of civil engineering institutional projects. His design experience includes street geometric improvements, stormwater management, underground utilities, and site grading. He has experience working on a variety of both large and small-scale projects throughout the Bay Area including San Jose, Fremont, Santa Clara, Milpitas, Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy.
